LAK CHANKUNTHY-san and Sugimoto-sensei reported on practice of Healthcare course in a symposium, “Borderless Dialogue towards a Shining Global Aging” held on 7th July.

First, Sugimoto-sensei introduced about Japan-Expert program and explained a Healthcare course overview.

Then, Lak-san presented about the reason why she had decided to study in Healthcare course and an overall impression of Japan-Expert program.
She also reported on the current condition of the healthcare service and problem of the aging and low birth rate in her home country Cambodia.

According to her experiences, Japan-Expert program’s comprehensive Japanese language course is very useful for study in a specialized field because it offers good opportunities to acquire and improve skills such as academic writing and presentation which she didn’t learn thoroughly in a private Japanese language school.

She gave a presentation confidently with humor. Her answers in a panel discussion were splendid.
Lak-san, please continue learning both aspects of the strength and weakness of Japanese healthcare and play an active role in Cambodia in future!
